• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, access logs.
• Analytics data: anonymised usage metrics collected via Google Analytics.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process data for the following purposes:

• Providing secure case access (performance of contract).
• Operating and improving the Platform (legitimate interests).
• Usage analytics (legitimate interests, anonymised where possible).
• Compliance with legal/regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

4. Data Security

• Hosted on Vercel (EU/UK servers where available).
• Data stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with access controls and logical separation.
• Encrypted transmission (TLS).

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or share solicitor or case data with third parties.

Service providers (e.g. Vercel, Supabase, analytics providers) act as processors under contractual terms.

6. Retention

Case data is retained for as long as the solicitor firm maintains an active account.

Upon termination, data will be securely deleted within [insert timeframe, e.g. 90 days], unless required by law.
